Copyright/DMCA Policy

We take copyright infringement claims seriously and, in compliance with 17 U.S.C. § 512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we will respond to all notices of alleged copyright infringement that are in accordance with applicable law.

Notice of Claimed Infringement

As stated in Title 17, Section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, any notice of alleged infringement must be submitted in writing. In order to be effective, this notice must include the following:

- A description of the work that is believed to be an infringement of copyright, or a representative list of multiple works believed to be infringed.

- Specific identification of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our site, which preferably includes the website URL(s) of the material.

- Your contact information, including postal address, telephone number and email address.

- A statement by you of your good faith belief that the copyrighted material in question is has not been authorized for use by its copyright holder, by an agent for the copyright holder, or by the law.

- A statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent for the copyright owner and that all information in your written notice is accurate.

- Your signature, either physical or electronic, or the signature of your authorized representative.

Failure to include all of the required information in your DMCA notification will result in said notification being invalid, and therefore no action will be taken.

Abuse Notification

Abuse of these procedures, or misrepresentation of facts in a DMCA Notice, can result in legal liability. Such liability includes damages, court costs and attorneys’ fees. Therefore, please be certain that you meet all of the legal qualifications before submitting a DMCA Notice.

Take Down Procedure

Any material on the website that is claimed to be infringing or is indicative of infringing activity by facts or circumstances will be removed from the site. All repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated, and we will take swift action to remove any infringing material pursuant to the procedures stated in 17 U.S.C. §512 of the DMCA.

Modification of Policy

We may make modifications to this policy in the future. Users are asked to remain up to date on any revisions or additions to this policy by checking back regularly.
